About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Denver North Visits office in Broomfield, CO. As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development. Build your career with a purpose!

Requirements

• An active Colorado or Compact Registered Nurse license
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
• Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience preferred
• HCHB a plus
• Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals
• Processing incoming referrals
• Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
• Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
• Monitoring quality assurance
• Managing staff productivity, and overall case management
