About The Position

The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations within the Urology practice. This role ensures efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective management of clinical staff. The Clinical Manager serves as a key liaison between physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and administrative leadership to support the overall success of the Urology practice.

Requirements

  • Consistently arrives at work in appropriate/professional attire.
  • Completes all tasks within established time frame.
  • Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Licensed RN in Ohio.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, staffing models, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred (Urology a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinical operations across urology clinic locations to ensure efficient patient flow and appropriate staffing.
  • Oversee clinical schedules, templates, and resource utilization.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure proper room utilization, supply availability, and equipment readiness.
  • Collaborate with physicians and APPs to optimize clinic productivity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians, APPs, and administrative leadership regarding clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with billing, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with implementation of new clinical initiatives, workflows, or technologies.
  • Participate in meetings related to operations, quality improvement, and practice development.
  • Monitor clinical supply inventory and assist with ordering and vendor coordination.
  • Support onboarding and credentialing processes for clinical providers as needed.
  • Assist with special projects related to urology services or operational improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the urology practice.
