Responsibilities: Assess new residents upon admission and develop individualized plans of care Provide supervision, guidance, and support to care staff Process physician orders and ensure timely implementation Anticipate resident needs and coordinate appropriate interventions Participate in the on-call rotation Evaluate residents' health status and treatment effectiveness Oversee and manage all aspects of medication administration
