Requirements
- Active NY RN license
- 5+ years clinical RN experience
- Experience in UR and discharge planning
- ASN/ADN required
- BLS certification

Responsibilities
- Coordinate care plans for ED patients
- Conduct utilization and discharge reviews
- Support patient flow initiatives
