This is a benefited, part time position (40 hours every 2 weeks) generally working 8am-5pm 2 days one week then 3 days the next. Times and days may vary based on need. This is a partial remote position located at Scripps Clinic La Jolla. Training will ideally be full time, on site for ~4-6 weeks depending on progress. Why join Scripps Health? What You'll do: Support two doctors and one physician assistant (PA) in a fast-paced environment. Performing in-office procedures as well as triaging and managing in-basket messages. Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. You will also work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
