Responsible for assisting in the performance of Endoscopy procedures within scope of practice and under direct supervision of Registered Nurse/Physician. Prepares patients for assessment, procedure, and post-op observation as per standards of patient care and specific procedure to be performed. Conducts manual cleaning of endoscopes per manufacturing guidelines and/or Infection Control Flexible Endoscopy program. This is a Part time, benefited Endoscopy Tech position with a varied shift. The start time would fall between 0630-0900. This role does require some weekday/weekend call. Training would ideally be full time until orientation is complete. Why join Scripps Health?
