The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight of day-to-day clinic operations. Under the direction of the Medical Director and in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the Clinic Manager ensures operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and compliance with HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and other accreditation and regulatory standards. This position provides direct supervision to clinical and patient service staff in the medical department, ensuring adherence to organizational policy, HRSA Operational Site Visit (OSV) requirements, and best practices in patient-centered care. The Clinic Manager is instrumental in advancing SDAIHC’s mission, vision, and goals, supporting quality care delivery, and ensuring alignment with FQHC standards and Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting requirements.
