Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

Requirements

• Education: - Diploma/Associates Degree
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• - Florida Registered Nurse License
• - BLS
• - ACLS
• - NIH Stroke Scale
• Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
• - Leadership Skills
• - Should attend hospital training programs including: New Manager/Supervisor orientation and Leadership Development courses
• - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• - Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting
