About The Position
As an RN at The Center at Grande, you will: · Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents · Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals · Monitor and document patient status and treatments · Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards

- Long term care experience preferred
