Looking for an experienced RN to join our prestigious Interventional Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab. Our catheterization facilities are among the most advanced in the world. The hospital manages 5,500 coronary and peripheral cases per year through this facility and it features six angiographic procedure rooms and a twelve bay prep and recovery area. You will play a critical role in patient care and comfort, ensuring patients have a positive experience from check-in through recovery and discharge. You are responsible for ongoing patient assessment taking patients and working with a multidisciplinary team to prepare patients for their procedures, circulating throughout procedures, and monitoring patients post-procedure to ensure their recovery goes smoothly. Successful candidate will be flexible and a compassionate caregiver with an advanced knowledge of arrhythmia interpretation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are required and rewarded. Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
