About The Position
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role also involves the supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. This position is accountable for supporting the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care across various critical care units including CCU/ICU, ER, NICU, CVICU PICU, MICU, Radiology, Dialysis, PACU, CVOR, Labor and Delivery, OR, Cardiac Cath Lab, and GI/Endo. The position will support all facilities in the market as needed.
