Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 1 Year RN Experience
- Participate in a team that supports you
- Able to Lift, Pull, and Push up to 50 Pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR
Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care
- Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs
- Care coordination for better outcomes
- Variety of home visits, including medication checks, wound care, IV infusions, and assessments
- Electronic charting on an iPad is provided for you
