Requirements
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse and driver's license required.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Provide phone and in-person nursing triage.
- Advocate for individuals during medical appointments.
- Support and train direct care staff.
