This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse who provides skilled palliative and end of life care in the community setting, aligning with Sutter's mission, goals, and objectives. The role involves facilitating the development of a collaborative interdisciplinary plan and ensuring the overall coordination and medical management of hospice services for patients and their significant others. Employees may handle hazardous drugs in the course of their work, including patient care, requiring management, storage, preparation, receipt, unpacking, transport, disposal, or administration of drugs identified as hazardous or potentially hazardous by NIOSH and in accordance with USP 800 guidelines.
