Supervisory visits to observe clinical skills and ensure exemplary client care and compliance Monitors documentation of pediatric and wavier patient clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Manages/supervises a team of RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home care services Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, documentation skills critical thinking, and ability to work independently Ambition to grow and advance with company goals.
