Compensation is based on the total number of years of experience in previous clinical roles. In this role, you'll care for patients in Kosciusko, Whitley & Wabash Counties. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Manages and coordinates the provision of nursing care for assigned terminally ill palliative care patients by assessing needs, implementing nursing care plans, making appropriate revisions, and evaluating outcomes of care.
