About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate RN to join our team in a Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit . The RN will provide close monitoring and frequent assessments for critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patient care autonomously. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team environment to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of acute care ICU or PCU experience required.
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida RN license after relocation.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• CCRN certification is a plus but must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Deliver focused, high-quality care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Assess patient status frequently and intervene as necessary to optimize outcomes.
