About The Position

Bakersfield Memorial Hospital includes 385 general acute beds 48 licensed critical care beds 13 state-of-the-art surgical suites and a full-service Emergency Department with an Accredited Chest Pain Center and Nationally Certified Stroke Center. One California Job Summary: Responsible for planning directing coordinating and providing high quality individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed.

Requirements

• CA RN
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• 2 years critical care experience
• ABLS required within the first year of employment
• New Grads must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• 2 years Acute Burn care experience
• NIH Stroke certification preferred.
