Requirements

Registered Nurse
Ability to lead with compassion, connecting with patients and families on a deeply human level
Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to skillfully assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, individualized care plans, focusing on holistic well-being for a diverse patient population
Ability to confidently manage patient assignments, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal patient placement
Ability to be a vital link within a multidisciplinary team, partnering with physicians, care coordinators, therapists, and management
Effective communication skills to foster a cohesive healing environment
Ability to role model positive behaviors, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence
Ability to complete job-specific competencies, including age-specific care
