Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • For those hired into an RN position after January 1st, 2009, it is required to obtain a BSN within 10 years of start date.
  • For those hired into an RN position after January 1st, 2015, it is required to obtain a BSN within 5 years of start date.
  • All employees must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
  • All employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an ambulatory setting is desirable.
  • For those hired into an RN position prior to January 1, 2009, it is encouraged to obtain a BSN.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the care of patients assigned from the time the patient arrives until they leave.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations as required for optimal patient care, including assisting fellow teammates and providers when necessary.
