About The Position

Work Schedule: This is a 100% FTE position. Clinic hours are: Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at the Sun Prairie Clinic. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment. Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education. Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care. Be an active member of the collaborative, interprofessional team. Requirements

Graduate of school of nursing Required
6 months of RN experience Required
Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Relevant RN experience Preferred
Applicable clinical certification Preferred
