Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Experience in clinical nursing 1-2 years preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 Years of RN Experience Strongly Preferred
  • 1 Year of Family Medicine Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking, to identify patient needs and conditions.
  • Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure timely and effective patient care.
