We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Bring your readiness to learn about endocrinology as a valued member of our team. This position will focus on Endocrinology conditions and Osteoporosis. There is NO Diabetes care with this position Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone, MyChart and in clinic. Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures. Provide education and guidance to patients and families. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and medical assistants. Use nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure each patient receives remarkable care. Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
