As RN Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed. Some of your responsibilities will include direct patient support, while others are more clerical and administrative in nature. Caregivers in this role will work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, or 8:00am to 4:30pm A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Two years of recent RN experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
  • Previous endocrinology experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings.
  • Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
  • Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
  • Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
  • Assist in preparing department specific education.
  • Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety.
