The role involves providing clinical and safety standards to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The licensed RN plans and provides professional nursing services and standards of practice in accordance with their level of experience and education, state board of nursing, and established policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership, and knowledge of nursing clinical practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical, and respectful direct/indirect healthcare services.
