RN Admissions - Nurse Assessment Coordinator
About The Position
White Oak Shelby is looking for an Admissions/Nurse Assessment Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and pay close attention to details, as well as be a good communicator and have compassion for our residents. Long term experience preferred but not required. This is a split position and will involve assessing and completing new admissions into the facility as well as completing required resident assessments as a Nurse Assessment Coordinator. Hours: M-F 8:30AM to 5:00PM Must have active Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of North Carolina. White Oak Shelby is a 160-bed Skilled Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation facility located at 401 North Morgan Street, Shelby, NC 28150 Apply online or call 704-482-7326 with questions regarding the position.
