Interim HealthCare, the nation’s first home care company, is seeking an experienced RN Administrator to support our West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie offices. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical services, guide quality and compliance initiatives, and mentor a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient-centered care. By partnering closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll strengthen documentation integrity, maintain continuous survey readiness, and use performance insights to drive ongoing clinical improvement. Requirements

  • Active RN or BSN license in Florida and graduate of an accredited nursing program, along with an active CPR certification
  • At least 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within home healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, OASIS documentation, Conditions of Participation, and home health compliance standards
  • Proven experience leading QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance efforts
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all patient care services, ensuring delivery aligns with physician orders, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and accreditation standards, maintaining continuous survey readiness
  • Lead and oversee Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, using data to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and clinical performance
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, aides, and social workers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Oversee clinical documentation quality, including OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified clinical staff while ensuring competency, credentialing, and ongoing education requirements are met
  • Ensure effective coordination of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physicians, patients, families, and caregivers
  • Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement action plans to address gaps, improve outcomes, and support best-in-class patient care
  • Serve as a clinical liaison between staff, leadership, physicians, and community partners to promote strong relationships and continuity of care
