Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Supervisor looking to lead a team and make a real impact? Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg, VA is searching for a compassionate leader to oversee care staff, ensure exceptional resident care, and maintain compliance with state regulations. If you have a passion for working with seniors and a commitment to excellence in healthcare, we want you on our team! Location: Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg Full Time 2PM- 10PM | Various weekdays + Every Other Weekend Part Time 2PM-10PM | Various weekdays + Every Other Weekend

Requirements

  • Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
  • CNA or PCA Certification – Required
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
  • CPR & First Aid Certification – Required

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise care staff & maintain proper staffing levels
  • Administer & document medications per physician’s orders
  • Oversee & provide direct care to residents, ensuring dignity & respect
  • Conduct assessments & develop care plans tailored to residents' needs
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families & healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all state & federal healthcare regulations
  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Respond to resident emergency calls with urgency & care
