About The Position

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, hands‑on RMA Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This entry‑level role supports returns and inventory movement through accurate receiving, tracking, and shipping of materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable with both physical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Entry‑level experience (0–1 year); training provided
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and fluctuating workloads

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process vendor returns (picking and quality checks)
  • Perform physical inventory counts
  • Schedule carrier pickups
  • Coordinate commercial invoices with the Customs team
  • Move inventory between bins using an RF scanner
  • Receive branch shipments and process material transfers
  • Create material transfers and Return‑to‑Stock (RTS) orders
