About The Position

As an Assistant Quality Engineer (RMA), you will be responsible for improving product quality by investigating returned products, collaborating with global suppliers, and translating insights into tangible improvements. Requirements

• Secondary education required
• 2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred
• English proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish
• Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers
• Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions
• Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
