As our Risk Transfer Consultant on the Risk Transfer team, you'll work diligently to obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance while achieving a desirable compliance rate for our clients. You'll directly work towards achieving the company's vision of Minimizing Risk Maximizing Health, by reducing insurance liability for our clients from the third parties they are doing business with.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, analyze, and monitor certificates of insurance from clients' third-party entities, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and validating coverage details.
• Notify clients and third-party entities of certificate status, policy expirations, and provide various compliance reports.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly review meetings with clients, offering guidance on processes and procedures while identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and coworkers via phone and email, maintaining a strong understanding of Risk Transfer Coordinator responsibilities.
