• Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and controls.

Nice To Haves

• Education: BA/BS in Civil/Structure/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, finance, law or related field
• Experience: 3-5+ years in construction industry

Responsibilities

• Time and/or Cost Impact evaluation.
• Interview of stakeholders in conjunction with project lead.
• Assemble and review pertinent project documentation.
• Create and updates the Risk Management Plan (RMP)
• Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA)
• Risk Matrix updates - Commercial, cost, schedule, Quality
• Root Cause Analysis - leads the effort with Construction Managers
