Requirements
- 3+ years of experience performing the risk management process on space, ground, software, or hardware system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- Experience supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
- Knowledge of IAW AFI 63â101 or 20â101 and AF PAM 63â128
- Ability to develop, document, execute, and update program Risk and Issue Management Plans, process, and products
- Ability to identify, analyze, and propose program risks, issues, and handling plans
- Ability to facilitate, manage, and participate in the Government Risk Management Boards, including preparation, distribution, and presentation of agendas, briefings, reports, meeting minutes, and action items
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science field
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on enterprise systems
- Experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex space or ground systems
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent technical field
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
