Requirements

• A four-year degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• An eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of insurance policies and their functions is a plus.
• Experience with claims management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Investigate, settle, and/or deny personal property claims, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Maintain and update certificates of insurance for vendors, contractors, and others.
• Timely Repairs: Monitor property damage repairs and ensure timely completion while handling all accounting and payment procedures.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate files for property damage, incident reports, and injuries, providing full transparency for internal stakeholders.
• Litigation Follow-Up: Track litigation status and ensure relevant parties are notified as needed.
• Collaborative Communication: Work closely with Risk Managers, Corporate Counsel, and Human Resources to ensure a seamless flow of information on claims, incidents, and employee injuries.
• Additional Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to help the Risk Management team succeed.
