About The Position

Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Risk Management Coordinator provides support to the director of this department. Coordinator will assist in gathering, processing, and entering data, as well as creating and maintaining records and reports. The RM/PI coordinator will also assist in the implementation of special projects designed to improve quality and/or compliance with various regulatory agencies Essential Job Duties: Specific activities encompass collecting and analyzing risk management and patient safety data, analysis of the data and recommendation of programs to mitigate risk and improve patient safety. Works collaboratively with departments to implement Corporate and Facility risk reduction strategies and patient safety goals. The position entails data collection, analysis, reporting and being accountable for related activities. This position is an integral part of the Risk/Compliance team in providing support services to the facility.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree Preferred
