About The Position

Risk Management Co-Op Student Job Objective: Assist the Risk Management group with various tasks and projects. This is a part time position working no more than 25 hours per week. Essential Job Responsibilities: Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation Supports company vision and mission Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings Works in coordination with risk team through contract management process Takes an active role in reviewing, renaming and filing COIs Performs weekly reports in DocuSign to ensure data compliance Analyzes multiple data points to ensure data integrity Constantly strives to improve processes and procedures in accordance with sound data management Assist risk management team with annual ERM assessment Other duties and special projects as assigned by management Other Job Responsibilities: Maintains employee confidence and protects operations, including intellectual property, by keeping confidential information Develop and grow relationships with our Internal and External partners Contributes to team effort for the overall success of the department Qualifications: Is highly motivated, shares our core values and has a passion to succeed Has excellent spreadsheet and data management skills Has outstanding administrative and organizational skills and strong analytical ability Ability to accurately solve problems and proficiency in data management Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding administrative and organizational skills Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Education Requirements: Required: Junior or Senior Candidate for a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or Finance.
