Our company is one of the most significant publicly traded water, wastewater service and natural gas providers in the U.S. What You’ll Do As the Risk Management Advisor, you will implement and sustain risk management programs across the enterprise by applying strong technical and practical capabilities in risk management, insurance, and claims administration. You will facilitate and support a cross‑functional Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and conduct ongoing assessments of its effectiveness. In addition, you will assess and manage enterprise risks and opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy, analyzing the potential impact of all types of risk on processes, activities, stakeholders, products, and services through ERM Process Model facilitation. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in risk management, claims administration, and insurance program administration, along with strong technical abilities.
  • The ability to serve in an advisory and collaborative role with internal and external stakeholders, helping to strategize and develop risk management and loss‑prevention solutions that optimize operations, minimize costs, and reduce exposure frequency and severity.

Nice To Haves

  • A professional designation (e.g., ARM, CRM) is a plus.
