JOB SUMMARY The Risk Coordinator handles data entry into Risk database; coordinates workers compensation data entry forms; coordinates modified duty program; maintaining OSHA 300/301 log. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Review and record security documents into a database system. Maintain confidentiality; answers phones and collects data for the investigation of guest and employee incidents. Interacts with all departments to provide a safe work environment. Assist and prepare the risk team as needed. Conducts safety inspections of the property as needed. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience in a related field
  • Computer knowledge as applicable, including the ability to work in a database, Word and Excel.
  • Must have good organizational skills, Workers Compensation and General Liability claims experience
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Must be able to walk, work and stand, inside and outside, occasionally in heat in excess of 115 degrees or cold in excess of 10 degrees.
  • Able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip and carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
  • Able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Able to speak, read and understand English.
  • Able to see and also remember the specific details of incidents and persons.
  • Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guests and employees.
  • Ability to tolerate area’s containing secondary smoke.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, turn, squat and rotate body.
  • Must be able to lift above the head occasionally.
  • Run on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs.
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred
