Job Description As a trusted advisor on our team, you will provide strategic guidance on risk monitoring and analysis for the organization, lead enterprise-wide risk mitigation initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making across business groups. Please note: This position is an in-office position located in Washington, DC The MF Risk – Risk Analysis Advisor role empowers you to make each day your own while collaborating with leaders who care.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of multifamily underwriting or risk management experience.
  • Multifamily Underwriting, Loan Surveillance or Breach Review
  • Proven ability to evaluate compliance, develop governance frameworks, and influence risk culture.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, RiskWorks, APIs, and advanced data visualization.
  • Skilled in presenting complex concepts clearly to senior audiences and driving consensus.
  • Experience applying advanced risk techniques, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and performance metrics.
