Position Overview Our Rising Freshman Summer Intern Program introduces the professional services firm structure at Charles River Associates, with a corporate function assignment for the experience. During the 4-week paid program, KIPP Forward participants are assigned projects that advance a corporate function under the guidance of a leader. Along the way, you’ll benefit from professional development and wellness support programs, mentoring, and social events to connect you with peers in a collegial work environment. This internship is located in our Boston, MA office. Selected participants will be invited to one of two cohorts: Cohort 1: 6/15/26 to 7/10/26 Cohort 2: 7/13/26 to 8/7/26; The internship will last four weeks and take place in person Monday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM; and remote/virtually on Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM; The internship will provide you an opportunity to experience, learn, and work in one of CRA’s main corporate departments: Financial Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Marketing/Communications; 80% of your time will encompass direct, experiential work; 20% of your time will encompass learning and training.

Requirements

  • We seek motivated KIPP MA high school seniors with a history of strong academic achievement and an interest in experiencing work in a corporate setting at a global consulting firm.
