By joining our Right of Way Section as a Right of Way Agent I in Pulaski County, you’ll have the opportunity to perform beginning level professional work in one or more phases of the highway Right of Way program. Summary of Responsibilities: Meeting with property owners to acquire proposed right of way on less complicated parcels. Assisting with title and deed research. Assisting the relocation agent with relocating displaced property owners. Assist in property management. Perform other duties assigned. Ideal candidate will have experience in: Experience in public relations with strong communications and organizational skills. Graduate of a college or university with a Bachelor’s degree and, or, related experience. Computer knowledge(Excel, Word, Chrome, general skills) Drivers license(must have and maintain) Prior experience with real estate and, or, land development is a plus. Requirements

  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field.
  • NONE
  • Must possess a valid driver's license to qualify for employment in this job classification.
  • Within six (6) months of employment, shall provide the hiring agency documentation that employee is a Notary Public properly commissioned and bonded in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this classification.
  • Employing agency is responsible for ensuring employee possess and maintains required licensure(s), certification(s) or other credentials.
