About The Position

This is a generalist operations role inside a modern metals factory. You’ll work across production, logistics, inventory, and internal tools... wherever the business needs support. The scope is broad by design. The work is real.

Requirements

• High reliability and follow-through

• Interest in manufacturing, supply chains, or operations
• No specific degree or background required. Practical competence matters more than credentials.

Nice To Haves

• Software engineering experience (scripts, internal tools, APIs, automation)
• Forklift or industrial equipment experience
• Truck driving or yard operations
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Basic data, scripting, or tooling experience
• CAD, CAM, or manufacturing exposure
• Experience in warehouses, factories, or job shops

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day factory operations (cutting, staging, packing, shipping)
• Assist with inventory tracking, pricing models, and operational spreadsheets
• Help coordinate inbound material and outbound freight
• Work with vendors, mills, and logistics partners
• Support internal software tools, data cleanup, and process automation
• Take ownership of small projects and see them through
• Handle time-sensitive operational tasks as they arise
