Coordinate and supervise rigging crew during the installation and removal of equipment on construction and/or industrial sites Work hands-on with forklifts, cranes, machinery moving skates, jacks, and rigging gear Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and site layouts Oversee the planning and execution of rigging tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper rigging techniques and procedures Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standards PURPOSE – Barnhart is built on a strong foundation of serving others. Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in related work.
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a related construction field
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain written documentation of daily activities
  • Flexible schedule, able to travel as necessary and work overtime
  • Pass drug screen, clean background
  • Must possess Class A CDL

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of heavy lift equipment and/or plant operations is a plus
  • NCCCO preferred
