As a Ridestore Specialist Full Time, you will perform a variety of tasks and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. You will respond to customer requests for ORCA card and fare media products and services in person, over the phone, and online. You will also respond to customer lost & found inquiries and other comments, provide transit information, and distribute transit materials.
