Keller’s Flea Market is looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable Ride Attendants to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, especially kids, love being outdoors, and bring a positive, high-energy attitude, this is the perfect role for you.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, safety-focused, and attentive
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Ability to enforce rules with professionalism and confidence
• Reliable and able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and stay active for the full shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs when assisting riders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a fun, welcoming ride experience
• Collect tickets and manage ride entry
• Ensure riders meet height, age, and safety requirements
• Safely load and unload riders, including assisting children
• Operate ride controls and monitor safety at all times
• Clearly explain ride rules and safety procedures
• Keep ride areas clean, organized, and safe
• Stay alert and respond quickly to any safety concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
• Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned
