About The Position

The RID Lab Project Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support to the Research, Innovation & Development laboratory within a CDMO environment. This role helps ensure on-time execution of laboratory studies, data collection, documentation, and communication across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related field preferred.
Associate degree with relevant experience also considered
0–2 years’ experience in laboratory, R&D, pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO setting (internships accepted).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a regulated environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to GMP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support project timelines by tracking task status, deliverables, and milestones within RID projects.
Schedule project-related meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with preparation of project documentation, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate sample movement, testing requests, and internal logistics across R&D, QC, and Operations.
Maintain accurate project records, lab notebooks, and associated documentation in compliance with GMP/GxP expectations.
Support preparation and routing of technical documents (protocols, reports, change controls, deviations, CAPAs).
Help monitor inventory of lab supplies, sample materials, and equipment schedules.
Act as a liaison between RID, Quality, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams.
Follow company quality systems, safety policies, and laboratory best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
