Board is looking for a RFx Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality, strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and security/compliance questionnaires. This role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise sales pursuits by managing the end-to-end proposal process and ensuring that responses clearly articulate Board’s differentiated value as a unified platform for financial and operational planning. The RFx Proposal Manager partners closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Finance, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to coordinate complex proposal responses, develop compelling messaging, and ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with deal strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong proposal management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, while leveraging AI-enabled tools and proposal automation technologies to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and consistency.
