Strategic leader responsible for managing and executing high-quality RFP responses across education, healthcare, and government sectors. Deep proven expertise writing to Terms & conditions with meticulous attention to detail, compliance, and operational rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (i.e. medical paralegal experience as a substitute for a degree)
• 7+ years proposal management experience-Minimum threshold
• Shipley methodology expertise-Non-Negotiable
• Strong Terms & Conditions writing, editing, and leadership skills
• Deep experience with federal, commercial, and regulated proposals
• Win rate improvement- Target 70% win rates. Need evidence of deals won: size & volume--Applicant must submit deal sheet prior to interview for review.

Responsibilities

• Own full proposal lifecycle (pre-RFP to post-submission)
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and hunts RFP pursuits across all verticals
• Ensure compliance, quality, and compelling messaging
• Conduct reviews and continuous improvement processes
