About The Position

RFP Operator (Roll Form Punch) – Manufacturing 💵 Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Overtime: Occasional Fridays as business needs require 🎁 Benefits (Start Fast!) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance – start 1st of the month following hire Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flex Holiday – no waiting period Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Extra Perks Fitness reimbursement Met-Guard boot reimbursement Prescription safety glasses benefit Step challenge to earn additional PTO Annual healthy hike (team-building event) 🔧 What You’ll Do Operate and support the RFP / roll forming machine Set up equipment according to Manufacturing Orders (MO’s) and specifications Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers as needed) Handle material safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines ✅ What We’re Looking For Manufacturing or roll forming experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and operation Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Commitment to safety and teamwork Forklift or crane experience preferred (or willingness to train) 📍 Work Environment Hands-on manufacturing setting Standing and moving throughout the shift Working with steel, machinery, and formed metal products
