The Airborne Antenna Design department is seeking an RF Systems Engineer I based in Forest, Mississippi with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization. The RF Systems Engineer I will be responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of RF and antenna systems, processes, and test facilities. These responsibilities include leading and supporting efforts related to system optimization, test time reduction, and test capability enhancement in support of the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid Band program. In addition, the candidate will be look at for guidance in troubleshooting and diagnosing RF and antenna system failures.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Major is required.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Matlab, Python, C++, RF Network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, or Antenna systems.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to complex electronic systems.
  • Ability to identify and implement optimizations in electronic systems and test processes.
  • Comfortable interfacing with technical experts and presenting to upper-level management.
